They should improve their risk management and provision according to the future, It is important to have a plan for possible sustainable problems

They could provide more optional information and interactivity in their report

They provide many monetary information and benefits, but should also focus on their non-monetary values and communicate this

More interconnectivity e.g. PDF with links within the document

Less general information on the company in the CSR report. Put the focus of the report on sustainability and not a company presentation in the scope of half the report as an introductory statement.

Develop a CSR strategy and a CSR program with clear goals and measures.

Be more precise by using colors in tables.
