(provided by students, how the company should improve its report)

Negative developments and problems are only addressed very superficially. Here detailed information would be helpful. In addition, specific measures to solve the problems should be pointed out.

It would have been good to include the key figures listed at the end in the corresponding places above and to illustrate them in appealing diagrams. In this way, the report would also be much more balanced. The citing of unresolved problems would also be recommended.

The value chain is a little too vaguely defined and focuses too much on up- and downstreaming. The focus should be on how the OMV contributes along the entire value chain. For example, by pointing out measures and processes. But also, to what extent the individual areas are specifically affected/incorporated.

While OMV gives a very detailed description of its stakeholder groups, they could also show how they involve stakeholders with what measures and what that means exactly for the impact.

The involvement of stakeholders is presented clearly in tabular form, but a concrete description of the measures in relation to the relevant stakeholders should be included for the individual material topics.

OMV could see rating agencies as a stakeholder group.

To further enhance the stakeholder engagement OMV could conduct a stakeholder questionnaire once a year where stakeholders can appoint material topics.
