The reader of the report gets a very good impression of all the sustainability programs and measures Lenzing implemented, but a little bit more transparency would be more authentic. It is also interesting to know what the struggles and hurdles were.
The sustainability organization chart at the beginning of the report is very interesting because it shows how all the measures are then really applied in daily business. But there is no further explanation of the chart. It would have been nice to have a little explanation, so the reader would know how to interpret it.
The report was created in exchange with some of their stakeholders, but it is not that easy to find. It is just a small paragraph. The stakeholder-topic should have been pointed out more.
The design of the report shows that they want to seem innovative, modern, urban etc. It would strengthen this image, if Lenzing included some interactive parts in this report.
Lenzing should provide more KPIs to measure the development of the material topics and, also, report more of the effects in content of the impact of their stakeholder groups.
