Evaluate the negative impacts more precise – those are in relation to the positive a bit too little taken into regard

To communicate the process of stakeholder inclusion more precise

Regarding the design – it was the best one I had; I could only recommend to adapt it to mobile usage

More focus on value chain, especially on “Waste and recycling management”

There should be a way the directory is better to recognize, and the search function is easier to use.

Mondi should integrate impacts from customers and employees and try to affect their habits and mindset; thus, take responsibility along the entire value chain.

In the report it is described, that the company “informs” the stakeholders (especially customers, suppliers and employees) continuously, but they do not mention any further engagement except one SEAT (Socio-economic Assessment Toolbox) with 500 employees, which is a structured dialogue. For a better understanding of their stakeholders it is necessary for the company to engage with them through partnership or even collaboration. NGOs and key opinion leaders should also be involved in discussions, partnerships and collaborations concerning social responsibility and be integrated in the decision making process.
