One recommendation from me is to develop a key figure system for the material topics “traffic information” and “communication” as they don’t have a key figure system for them yet.

What was missing for me is that they should have put more focus on their issues facing.

The report makes clear and complete statements (Key figures on all material topics, definition/evaluation of goals), but I think the interpretation of the development is too little defined.

I liked the use of graphs and images in the report but I think they could make them available as bigger pictures. They are really small and I think some messages are better communicated by graphs than by words.

Asfinag could also do the sustainability report in English, because English is the standard language for CSR reports. This would make them more comparable with other companies.
